This article details instructions to turn survey notification emails off.
1. Log in to your Lighthouse instance.
2. In the top menu bar, select ‘Manage’.
3. Locate the required survey from the menu i.e. ‘General Surveys’, ‘Assurance Surveys’ or ‘Compliance Surveys’.
4. Select the desired survey from the list of surveys that appear.
5. Select the ‘Design‘ tab.
6. Select the ‘Notifications‘ tab and all templated notifications will appear.
7. Locate the email notification you would like to switch off.
- Please note: by default all notifications will be enabled.
8. Select the pencil icon to edit the notification.
9. If you would like to switch this email notification off, untick the blue button titled ‘Send Email’.
11. Press the green tick button in the bottom right corner to save the changes.
